内循环UASB两种进水方式处理酒精废水的试验研究

Study on the treatment of alcohol wastewater using the inner circulating UASB reactor with two ways of ingoing water

摘要:

采用内循环UASB对酒精废水直接进行厌氧处理,比较了连续进水与脉冲进水两种方式的处理效果,进一步验证了内循环UASB具有对COD、SS等适应范围广、污泥流失量少、对污染物去除率高等特点。试验结果表明,连续进水时冬季较其他季节处理效果差;脉冲进水时,COD、TP、SS的平均去除率分别为81%、24.02%、51.24%;由于反应器内发生了氨化反应,处理后NH3-N有不同程度的增加,需进一步好氧处理。

Abstract:

The inner circulating UASB has been used for treating alcohol wastewater directly by anaerobic method.The treatment efficiencies by continuous water feeding and pulse water feeding are compared.It was further verifiedthat the inner circulating UASB is characterized by wider range of COD,SS,etc.of alcohol wastewater,less loss ofsludge,and high removing rate of pollutants.The results show that the treating effect of continuous water feeding inwinter is lower than any other seasons.The pulse water feeding could averagely remove 81% of COD,24.02% ofTP,and 51.24% of SS,respectively.After the treatment,NH3-N has different degrees of increase because of the am-moniation reaction in the reactor. The effluent water needs further aerobic treatment.
