摘要:

利用L16(45)正交试验考察了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、颗粒大小和硫酸浓度对煤系高岭土吸附城市生活污水中有机物的影响。结果表明当焙烧温度为700℃,焙烧时间为30 min,颗粒粒径为0.106 mm(150目)和硫酸质量分数为80%时,煤系高岭土对城市生活污水中有机物的吸附率达到最大值。

Abstract:

The effect of roasting temperature,roasting time,granular size and concentration of sulfuric acid on the adsorption of organic matter in municipal domestic sewage by using coal-measures Kaoline has been investigated by making use of L16(45)orthogonal test.The results show that when the roasting temperature is 700 ℃,roasting time 30 min,granular size 0.106 mm(150 meshes),and mass fraction of sulfuric acid 80%,the adsorption rate of organic matter in domestic sewage by using coal-measures Kaoline reaches the max.
