超声-Fenton氧化法处理中药废水的试验研究

摘要:

采用超声与Fenton高级氧化耦合技术联合处理实际中药废水, 对超声-Fenton耦合工艺中影响中药废水COD去除率的影响因素进行了考察。实验结果表明, 当超声功率为120 W, 超声频率为45 kHz, 初始COD为1008.3 mg/L, 超声时间为1h, H2O2质量浓度为1 mg/L, FeSO4质量浓度为2 mg/L时, 中药废水COD去除率达到90.1%。

Abstract:

The process of ultrasonic and Fenton advanced oxidation coupling has been used for treating actual Chinese medicine wastewater.The effects of the influencing factors on the COD removing rate from Chinese medicine wastewater by ultrasonic-Fenton coupling process are investigated.The results indicates that the COD removing rates of Chinese traditional medicine wastewater reaches 90.1%, when the ultrasonic power is 120 W, ultrasonic frequency 45 kHz, initial COD 1008.3 mg/L, ultrasonic time 1 h, H2O2 mass concentration 1 mg/L, and FeSO4 mass concentration 2 mg/L.
