混床制水周期突降的探讨

摘要:

分析了某电厂化学水处理混床制水周期突降的原因, 从仪表测量、设备状况、原水水质、再生用酸碱质量、再生除盐水水质、再生工艺控制、混床树脂状态和混脂用气等可能影响制水周期的因素中进行查找, 根据分析结果制定出解决混床制水周期突降的措施, 为类似水处理系统异常时的分析处理提供借鉴。

Abstract:

The causes of the sudden shortening of water-making period of the mixed bed for chemical water treatment at an electric power plant have been analyzed.The analysis was proceeded from the factors that have effects on water-making period, such as instrument measurements, equipment status, source water quality, quality of acid and base for regeneration, quality of regeneration desalted water, regeneration process control, resin state in mixed bed, gas for mixed lipid, etc.Based on the results of analysis, the measures for solving the problem of the sudden shortening of water-making period of the mixed bed are set down, offering reference for analyzing similar unusual situations in water treatment systems.
