Example of the treatment of wastewater from pharmaceutical intermediate production

摘要: 江西某化工厂采用混凝—Fenton氧化—UASB—曝气生物滤池工艺处理医药中间体生产废水。对工艺选择的依据、工艺流程、工艺参数及运行效果进行了介绍。运行结果表明,废水经该工艺处理后,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准。

Abstract: A chemical plant in Jiangxi Province, China has applied the process, coagulation-Fenton oxidization-UASB-biological aerated filter, to the treatment of pharmaceutical intermediates wastewater. Its process selection base, process flow, technological parameters, and running efficacy are introduced. The running results show that after the wastewater has been treated in this way, the water quality of effluent meets the first order requirements of Inte-grated Wastewater Discharge Standards(GB 8978—1996).
