Coagulation characteristics of poly-Al-Zn-Fe and its organic modified coagulant for treating domestic sewage

摘要:

以聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)为添加剂,对复合铝锌铁(PAZF)混凝剂进行有机改性,制备无机有机复合混凝剂(PPAZF),同时对比研究PPAZF、 PAZF、与聚合氯化铝(PAC)对生活污水的处理效果。结果表明:三种混凝剂在相同的最佳投加量为148 mg/L时,PPAZF不仅对生活污水的浊度、COD和总磷去除效果最高,而且产生的絮体较大且密实。与PAZF相比,低投加量时PPAZF除磷效果大幅度提高。另外,PPAZF对pH的适应性更强。

Abstract:

By using polyacrylamide(PAM) as additives, complex Al-Zn-Fe(PAZF) coagulant has been modified, so as to prepare inorganic-organic complex coagulant(PPAZF). The treatment effects of PPAZF, PAZF and polyaluminium chloride(PAC) on domestic sewage are compared. The results show that when the optimum dosage of the three kinds of coagulants are all 148 mg/L, PPAZF not only has the best removing effects of turbidity, COD and total phosphorus on domestic sewage, but also produces the largest and most compact floc. Compared with PAZF, when the dosage of PPAZF is low, its phosphorus removing effect increases greatly. In addition, PPAZF has more stable adaptability for pH than other coagulants.
