微电解材料的制备及其废水连续化处理工艺研究

Preparation of iron carbon micro-electrolysis materials and research on its continuous treatment process of actual wastewater

摘要:

以咸阳某厂实际印染废水的氨氮、COD、色度为主要控制指标, 对铁炭微电解规整化材料的加工条件进行了研究, 结果表明:在TiO2质量分数为6%, 铁炭比为1:1, 烧结温度为800 ℃, 黏合剂质量分数为2%时, 自制的微电解材料对废水的氨氮、COD及色度去除率分别可达到89.7%、78.0%、90.0%。在此基础上以铁炭微电解连续处理系统对该废水进行了处理研究。经过22 d的连续运行, 该处理系统的氨氮、COD去除率分别稳定在80%、70%以上, 色度去除率为90%。

Abstract:

Processing conditions of the regularized iron carbon micro-electrolysis materials have been studied, by using NH4+-N, COD, and chroma of the actual dyeing wastewater in a plant in Xianyang(City) as main control indexes. The results indicate that when the TiO2 mass fraction is 6%, iron/carbon ratio 1:1, sintering temperature 800 ℃, and adhesion agent mass fraction 2%, the removing rates of NH4+-N, COD and chroma of the dyeing waste-water by homemade micro-electrolysis materials are 89.7%, 78.0%, and 90.0%, respectively. Based on this, the research on the wastewater treated by the iron carbon micro-electrolysis continuous treatment system has been conducted. After 22 days of continuous operation of this treatment system, the removing rates of NH4+-N and COD are above 80% and 70%, respectively, and the removing rates of chroma is 90%.
