紫外分光光度法测定氮基三亚甲基膦酸氮氧化物的含量

Determination of the content of nitrilotris(methylene phosphonic acid) N-oxide by UV spectrophotometry

摘要:

建立了应用紫外分光光度计直接测定氮基三亚甲基膦酸氮氧化物(ATMPO)浓度的分析方法,研究了pH以及H2O2、ATMP、PO43-浓度对ATMPO测定的影响。结果表明,在204 nm处,当pH为2~9、H2O2质量分数<1%、ATMP质量分数<2%、PO43-质量分数<2%时,对ATMPO测定的影响可以忽略,吸光度与ATMPO浓度之间呈良好线性关系。方法简单快速、准确度高,检出限是3 mg/L,可作为ATMPO含量的分析方法。

Abstract:

An analytical method for directly determining the concentration of nitrilotris(methylene phosphonic acid) N-oxide(ATMPO) by UV spectrophotometry has been developed. The influences of pH, and concentrations of H2O2, ATMP and PO43- on the determination of ATMPO has been studied. The results show that the influences can be neglected, at 204 nm when pH is 2-9, H2O2 mass fraction<1%, ATMP mass fraction<2%, and PO43- mass fraction<2%. Good linear relationship between absorbency and the concentration of ATMPO is shown. The method is simple, rapid, and accurate. Its detection limit is 3 mg/L. It can be used as an analytical method for the determination of ATMPO content.
