典型石化废水处理工艺优化研究

Study on the optimization of treatment process of typical petrochemical wastewater

摘要:

针对山东某石化公司废水处理的特点及处理系统运行现状,以节能减排为目标,提出了3个工艺优化方案,并以方案实施前后的实际运行监测数据评价了优化方案的实施效果。结果表明,污水厂优化方案实施后吨水处理电耗仅为实施前的23.4%,同时不再消耗地表原水和淀粉,出水酚浓度实现达标。

Abstract:

In the light of the characteristics of the wastewater treatment of a petrochemical company in Shandong,and the running status of its treatment system,three schemes have been proposed,taking energy-saving and emission-reduction as its target. The implement effects of the optimized project are evaluated by the monitoring data of actual operation before and after the scheme implementation. The results show that after the scheme is carried out,the elec-tricity consumption per ton is only 23.4% of that before the implementation scheme. In addition,it no longer consumes surface raw water and starch,and the standard of effluent phenol concentration is achieved.
