Fe/TiO2-Al2O3催化H2O2降解亚甲基蓝废水的研究

Research on the degradation of methylene blue wastewater catalyzed by Fe/TiO2-Al2O3 in the presence of H2O2

摘要:

采用浸渍-焙烧法制备了Fe/TiO2-Al2O3、Fe/CeO2-Al2O3复合催化剂,以H2O2作为氧化剂,对亚甲基蓝废水进行降解处理,考察了催化剂加入量、H2O2加入量、pH、温度以及初始浓度的变化等因素对处理效果的影响。结果表明:Fe/TiO2-Al2O3的催化性能稍优于Fe/CeO2-Al2O3,并且在pH=5,温度为65 ℃条件下,当催化剂加入量为0.15 g、H2O2加入量为15 mL、反应时间为60 min时降解率即可达到97%以上。

Abstract:

The composite catalysts Fe/TiO2-Al2O3 and Fe/CeO2-Al2O3 have been prepared by impregnation-calcina-tion method. The methylene blue wastewater has been degraded,using H2O2 as oxidant. The effects of the factors,such as dosage of catalyst,dosage of H2O2,pH,changes of reaction temperature and initial concentration,etc.,on treatment effectiveness are investigated. The results show that the catalytic capacity of Fe/TiO2-Al2O3 is a litter better than that of Fe/CeO2-Al2O3. When pH is 5,reaction temperature 65 ℃,catalyst dosage 0.15 g,H2O2 dosage 15 mL and reaction time 60 min,the degradation rate can reach 97% above.
