氧化性采出水处理剂的协同除硫作用

Synergistic desulfurization effect of oxidizing produced water treatment agent

摘要:

为解决回注采出水中S2-去除困难、腐蚀严重等问题,以FeCl3、聚合氯化铝和KMnO4制成氧化性除硫剂CS-1,并通过正交试验及现场应用研究了除硫剂组成的影响、空气及氧化性杀菌剂的协同氧化作用。结果表明,各影响因素排序为曝氧时间 > 聚合铝含量 > KMnO4含量 > CPAM浓度。在最佳参数组合下,当除硫剂为30 mg/L时,室内模拟试验的除硫率达到91.97%;现场应用效果更好,除硫率达到97.9%,采出水的S2-低至0.7 mg/L,腐蚀速率同样达到采出水的回注标准要求。

Abstract:

In order to solve the problems such as the difficulties in removing S2- and severe corrosion from reinjected produced water,the oxidizing desulfurizer CS-1 has been made from FeCl3,poly aluminum chloride,and KMnO4.Through orthogonal tests and field applications,the influences of the components of desulfurizer,and the synergistic oxidation of air and oxidizing bactericide are studied. The results show that the sequence of all influencing factors are aeration time > poly aluminum chloride content > KMnO4 content > CPAM concentration. Under the optimum parameter combination conditions,when desulfurizer is 30 mg/L,the desulfurization rate of the simulated experiment indoors reaches 91.97%. The effect in field application is better,i.e. the desulfurization rate is 97.9%. The S2- in produced water is as low as 0.7 m/L,and the corrosion rate meets the requirements for the reinjection standard of produced water,too.
