电絮凝工艺预处理石油裂化催化剂生产废水的研究

摘要:

采用电絮凝工艺处理石油裂化催化剂生产废水,考察了电解时间、电流密度、pH、极板间距等因素对废水COD去除率的影响。结果表明:在最优工艺参数(初始pH=9.0,极板间距为1.5 cm,电流密度为25 mA/cm2,电解时间为25 min)条件下,废水经电絮凝处理后,COD去除率达到30%以上。电絮凝主要成本为铝阳极损耗,为0.093 5 kg/m3,占总处理成本的59.57%。电絮凝法可实现对石油裂化催化剂生产废水的预处理,减轻后续生物处理单元的负荷。

Abstract:

Electro-coagulation(EC) process has been used for treating wastewater from petroleum cracking catalyst production. The effects of the operating conditions,such as electrolysis time,current density,initial pH,the space between polar plates,etc on the wastewater COD removing rate are investigated. The results show that the COD re-moving rate reaches above 30%,when the optimum parameters are as follows:initial pH is 9.0,electrode distance 1.5 cm,current density 25 mA/cm2 and electrolysis time 25 min. The main cost of EC is anode aluminum loss,which is 0.093 5 kg/m3,accounting for 59.57% of the total cost. The research shows that the pretreatment of wastewater from petroleum cracking catalyst production can be accomplished by EC process and the load of the following biolo-gical treatment unit can be lightened.
