印染硫化黑废水的铝盐壳聚糖絮凝试验

Aluminum salt-chitosan flocculation tests for sulfur black dye wastewater

摘要:

采用硫酸铝与壳聚糖复合絮凝剂处理某厂含硫化黑印染废水,通过正交试验对处理效果进行了优化,并进行了吸附动力学研究。结果表明,硫酸铝与壳聚糖可发生化学键合作用,当硫酸铝与壳聚糖复合质量比为10:1,投加量为30 mg/L,pH为6~10时,对TOC为63.6 mg/L的印染硫化黑废水的TOC去除率达75.22%,脱色率达82.45%。吸附过程符合拟一级动力学方程,吸附活化能为9 kJ/mol。

Abstract:

The complex flocculant,aluminum sulfate and chitosan,has been used for treating the wastewater containing sulfur black dye in a plant. The treatment effect is optimized by orthogonal tests,and the study on adsorption dynamics is conducted. The results show that bonding action happens to aluminum sulfate and chitosan. When the complex mass ratio of aluminum sulfate and chitosan is 10: 1,dosage 30 mg/L,and pH 6-10,the TOC removing rate of the sulfur black dye wastewater,whose TOC was 63.6 mg/L,reaches 75.22%,and the decoloration rate reaches 82.45%. The adsorption process follows pseudo-first-order kinetics equation,and the adsorption activation energy is 9 kJ/mol.
