摘要:
印染废水是当前难以处理的工业废水之一,其悬浮物、COD及色度等均较高。介绍了采用混凝沉淀-两级生化工艺处理印染废水的工程设计及运行效果。在进水COD、BOD5、色度、SS分别为2136、542 mg/L、480倍、400 mg/L的情况下,出水COD、BOD5、色度、SS分别为78、18 mg/L、40倍、46 mg/L,满足GB 4287-2012排放要求。

Abstract:
At present printing and dyeing wastewater is one of industrial wastewater which is difficult to be treated. All of its SS,COD,chroma,etc. are rather high. An introduction to the engineering design and operation effect of coagulation sedimentation-two stage biochemical process used for treating dyeing wastewater has been made. When the influent COD,BOD5,chroma,and SS are 2 136,542 mg/L,480 times,and 400 mg/L,respectively,their effluent are 78,18 mg/L,40 times,and 46 mg/L,respectively,meeting discharge requirements of GB 4287-2012.
