P(DMC-AM)对活性染料废水絮凝脱色效果研究

Research on the flocculation decolorization effects of P(DMC-AM) on reactive dye wastewater

摘要: 采用混凝烧杯实验,以脱色率为考察指标,研究了系列化阳离子絮凝剂P(DMC-AM)对活性染料废水的絮凝脱色效果和机理。结果表明:P(DMC-AM)阳离子度越大、特征黏度越高、活性染料分子中所含磺酸基数越多,絮凝脱色效果越好,并具有一定耐酸耐盐性。P(DMC-AM)絮凝脱色机理主要为电中和和吸附架桥。实验证明,P(DMC-AM)对活性染料废水具有良好处理效果。

Abstract: The flocculation decolorization effects and mechanisms of serial cationic flocculant P(DMC-AM) on reactive dye wastewater have been investigated using coagulation beaker experiments and decolorization rate as investigating indexes. The results show that the greater the cationic degree,the higher the intrinsic viscosity of P(DMCAM),or the more the number of sulfonic acid groups contained in the reactive dye molecules,the better the flocculation decolorization effects of P(DMC-AM). And P(DMC-AM) has certain acid endurance and salt endurance. The flocculation decolorization mechanisms of P(DMC-AM) are mainly charge neutrality and adsorption bridge. The experiments prove that P(DMC-AM) has good treatment effects on the reactive dye wastewater.
