物化预处理-UASB-SBR工艺处理化工中间体废水

Treatment of chemical intermediates wastewater by physicochemical pretreatment-UASB-SBR process

摘要: 对不同化工工艺废水采用物化方法(氧化还原、化学沉淀、三效蒸发、铁碳微电解、中和沉淀)分质预处理后,利用UASB+SBR工艺处理综合废水,处理量为100 m3/d。运行实践表明:物化预处理对COD、盐分、硫化物、CN-、总锌和二氯甲烷等具有较高的去除率,整个工艺处理出水COD低于500 mg/L,盐分低于0.6%,硫化物低于1 mg/L,CN-低于1 mg/L,总锌低于5 mg/L,出水水质达到接管要求。

Abstract: Different kinds of industrial wastewaters have been pretreated separately by physicochemical pretreat-ment processes, including redox, chemical precipitation, triple effect evaporation, ferric-carbon micro-electrolysis, and neutralized sedimentation, and UASB+SBR process has been used for treating comprehensive wastewater. The designed treatment capacity is 100 m3/d. The operation practice results show that physicochemical pretreatment has higher removing effects on COD, salinity, sulfide, CN-, total zinc, dichloromethane, etc.. Treated by the whole process, the effluent COD is less than 500 mg/L, salinity less than 0.6%, sulfide less than 1 mg/L, CN less than 1 mg/L and total zinc less than 5 mg/L. The effluent water quality can meet the take-over requirements.
