摘要: 以福建泉州某工业集控区为例,对传统老化污水处理工艺进行提标改造,改造后出水满足《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287—2012)表2排放标准。工程实践表明,采用“混合调节-物化-生化-MBR-高级氧化”的工艺组合,对COD高达1 500 mg/L的印染行业混合废水处理至稳定达标具有明显优势。投资额度和运营成本也在可接受范围之内。

Abstract: Taking a centralized control zone of industry in Quanzhou,Fujian Province,China,as the example,the traditional and aged wastewater treatment technologies have been upgraded and modified. After the modification,the effluent reaches Table 2 standard,specified in the Discharge Standards of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry(GB 4287-2012). The engineering practice shows that the combined process,mixed regulation-physical chemistry-biochemistry-MBR-advanced oxidation,has significant superiority to stably reach the standards for the treatment of mixed wastewater(COD 1 500 mg/L) of printing and dyeing industries. In addition,the investigation limit and running costs are in the acceptable range.
