好氧颗粒污泥的储存稳定性研究进展

Research progress in the storage stability of aerobic granular sludge

摘要: 通过总结有关好氧颗粒污泥(AGS)储存及活性恢复的研究发现,AGS的储存技术包括原位储存和异位储存两类。原位储存过程中,AGS的理化特性明显恶化,活性显著下降。异位储存包括湿式储存和干式储存2种,常温湿式储存效果与原位储存相当;低温湿式储存及干式储存较有利于AGS结构完整性的保持,但也不能避免微生物活性的下降。另外,将储存后的AGS作为接种污泥可在短期内恢复正常。在此基础上,分析了现有研究的不足,并提出了建议。

Abstract: Through the research regarding the summary of storage and reactivation of aerobic granular sludge(AGS), it is found that the storage technology of AGS includes two categories:in situ storage and ectopic storage. In the process of in situ storage,the physical and chemical characteristics of AGS get worse obviously,and its activity is decreased evidently. Ectopic storage includes two categories:wet-type storage and dry-type storage. The storage effect of the wet-type storage with normal temperature is quite the same as the effect of situ storage. Although wet-type storage at low temperature and dry-type storage are relatively beneficial to the maintenance of AGS structure integrality,the decrease of microbial activity is inevitable. In addition,the stored AGS as inoculated sludge can be reactivated in a short time. On this basis,the existing shortages of the research have been analyzed,and suggestions offered.
