摘要： 随着非洲地区人口的增加和经济的发展，饮用水源污染严重。近半数非洲国家饮用水供应率不足50%。大部分国家卫生设施不足50%，有些国家低于10%。非洲人均日用水量仅为20 L（联合国提出的人均日用水量最低值为50 L），使用水处理剂来处理的水量不足5%。如果全部生活饮用水处理采用聚合氯化铝作为混凝剂，则非洲目前聚合氯化铝产值约为3.22亿元/a。当前非洲很多国家水处理设施极不健全、工艺水平落后，随着生活水平的提高，其缺口会不断增加。因而，中非在水处理领域的合作具有广阔的前景。

Abstract: In recent years,with the increase of African population and development of economy, the sources of drink-ing water in Africa have been polluted seriously. The water supplying rate in nearly half of the African countries is lower than 50%, national sanitary facilities in most African countries is lower than 50%, and even lower than 10% in some African countries. The daily water consumption per capita in Africa is only 20 L(the lowest water consumption value proposed by the United Nation is 50 L), and the consumption of water treatment agents is lower than 5%. If all the domestic drinking water is treated with poly-aluminum chloride as coagulant, at present, the value of polyaluminum chloride output in Africa is about CNY 322 million per year for drinking water treatment. Furthermore, the water treatment facilities in many African countries are very inadequate, and their technological level is quite dropped behind. With the growth of living standard, the insufficiency of water treatment agents and facilities in Africa will increase continuously. Therefore, China-Africa cooperation in the field of water treatment has broad prospect.
