摘要: 对橡胶促进剂生产废水进行分类收集,确定了采用蒸发脱盐-Fe-C微电解-生化法联合的方法处理。试验结果表明,在蒸发脱盐阶段,蒸发量为80%时,出水COD仅为3 112 mg/L,蒸出来的盐中有机物质量分数达40%;在Fe-C微电解阶段,反应时间为4 h,废水pH为3.5,铁碳比为2∶1,COD的去除率可达31.15%,B/C可提高到0.303;生化处理(SBR工艺)阶段,对活性污泥进行培养和驯化32 d后,出水COD稳定在100 mg/L以下,达到国家一级排放标准,活性污泥SOUR也稳定在45 mgO2/(gMLSS·h)左右。

Abstract: The wastewater from rubber accelerant production has been classified and collected. It is ascertained that the combined evaporation desalination-Fe-C micro-electrolysis-biochemical(activated sludge) process should be used for the treatment of this kind of wastewater. The results show that in the evaporation desalination stage,the eff-luent COD is only 3 112 mg/L,and the mass fraction of organic substances evaporated from salt 40%, when the evaporation capacity is 80%. In the Fe-C micro-electrolysis stage,the removing rate of COD is 31.15%,and B/C is increased to 0.303. Under the following conditions:reaction time is 4 h,pH value 3.5,and Fe/C ratio 2:1. In the biological (activated sludge) treatment stage,the effluent COD stabilizes at 100 mg/L and reaches the First-level national level of emission standard,the SOUR value of the activated sludge also stabilizes at about 45 mgO2/(gMLSS·h), after the sludge has been cultivated and domesticated for 32 days.
