摘要: 油砂是一种重要的非常规石油资源,其主要开采方式是蒸汽辅助重力泄油技术(SAGD),采出液中原油密度为1.02 g/cm3。通常会在处理工艺中添加一定量密度较轻的稀释剂来降低原油密度,文章通过瓶试方法研究了采用凝析油和合成油两种稀释剂,分别调控原油密度从0.94 g/cm3到1.02 g/cm3,在破乳剂DMO、反相破乳剂RBW、清水剂CFW加药浓度分别为500、300、300 mg/L条件下进行油砂采出液的处理,结果表明,随着原油密度的增加,油水分离效果变差,水中油含量增加了40%~240%,油相中含水及油泥杂质的量也分别增加了83%和40%。

Abstract: Oil sand is an important unconventional petroleum resource. The main mining method is steam assisted gravity drain technology(SAGD). The density of crude oil in produced liquid is 1.02 g/cm3. Usually, a certain amount of lighter diluents should be added, so as to reduce the crude oil density in the treatment process. It is investigated that the condensate oil and synthetic oil as diluents have been used respectively for the adjustment and control of the den-sity of crude oil from 0.94 g/cm3 to 1.02 g/cm3, by means of bottle tests, The treatment of oil sand produced liquid has been accomplished, under the following conditions,the demulsifier DMO is 500 mg/L, reversed demulsifier RBW 300 mg/L and water clarifiers CFW 300 mg/L. The results show that with the increase of the density of crude oil, the sepa-ration effect of oil and water gets worse, the oil content in water is increased by 40%-240%, and the amount of water in oil phase and impurities are also increased by 83% and 40%, respectively.
