交联阳离子淀粉对活性染料吸附性能的研究

Research on the adsorption capability of cross-linked cationic starch for reactive dyes

摘要: 通过交联-醚化法制备了交联阳离子淀粉(CCS),采用FTIR、XRD、SEM对产物进行了表征,并研究了CCS对活性染料的吸附性能。结果表明,CCS对活性染料的吸附约10 min即可达到平衡;在酸性条件下,CCS表现出良好的吸附性能;CCS对活性染料的吸附行为符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温吸附模型,是吸热反应。再生实验结果表明,CCS具有较好的再生性能,经3次再生后吸附量仍可达20 mg/g以上,可循环利用。

Abstract: Cross-linked cationic starch has been synthesized by crosslinking-etherification process,and the structure of the product characterized by FTIR,XRD and SEM. The results show that the adsorption of reactive dyes by CCS can reach equilibrium in about 10 minutes. CCS exhibits good adsorption capability in an acidic environment. The adsorption behavior of CCS on reactive dyes conforms to the pseudo-second-order dynamical model and Langmuir iso-therm adsorption model,and the adsorption process is endoergic. The regeneration experimental results show that CCS has favorable regeneration performance. After a 3-time regeneration,the adsorption capacity still can reach more than 20 mg/g,and can be used circularly.
