摘要: 以马来酸酐和氨水为原料合成聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI),再以硫脲、氨基磺酸对PSI进行开环反应制备了聚天冬氨酸衍生物(PSI-SEA-CSN)。通过FTIR对制备产品的分子结构进行了表征,并采用静态实验法和摇床实验法测试了其阻垢缓蚀性能及生物降解性。实验结果表明:当PSI的物质的量为0.1 mol,氨基磺酸的物质的量为0.05 mol,硫脲的物质的量为0.02 mol,反应时间为3.0 h,反应温度为100℃时,制备的PSI-SEA-CSN的阻垢缓蚀性能最佳。制备的PSI-SEA-CSN易于生物降解。

Abstract: Polysuccinimide(PSI) has firstly been synthesized from maleic anhydride and ammonia as raw materials, then,polyaspartic acid derivative(PSI-SEA-CSN) has secondly been prepared from thiourea,aminosulfonic acid and PSI by ring-opening reaction. Its molecular structures have been characterized by FTIR,the scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition capability, and biodegradability tested by static tests and table shaking tests. The result show that the PSI-SEA-CSN prepared has the best scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition capabilities,when the amount of substance of PSI,aminosulfonic acid and thiourea are 0.1,0.05,and 0.02 mol,respectively,reaction time 3.0 h,and reaction temperature 100℃. The PSI-SEA-CSN prepared is prone to biodegradability.
