污泥活性炭对含磷废水的处理研究

Research on the treatment of phosphorus-containing wastewater by sludge activated carbon

摘要: 利用某城市污水处理厂的脱水污泥,经ZnCl2化学活化后热解炭化制备得到污泥活性炭,考察了其对水中磷的吸附特性。实验结果表明,当溶液pH为4~7,吸附剂投加量为4 g/L,含磷废水初始质量浓度为5~10 mg/L时,污泥活性炭对磷的吸附去除率均大于86%。污泥活性炭对磷的吸附行为符合Langmuir等温吸附模型和伪二阶动力学模型。

Abstract: Sludge activated carbon has been prepared by making use of the dewatered sludge in the sewage treatment plant in a city,via thermal decomposition after the chemical activation of ZnCl2,and its adsorption capability for pho-sphorus from water investigated. The experimental results show that the adsorption removing rate of phosphorus by sludge activated carbon are all higher than 86%,when the solution pH is 4-7,sludge activated carbon dosage 4 g/L and initial mass concentration of phosphorus 5-10 mg/L. The adsorption behavior of sludge activated carbon for pho-sphorus is in line with Langmuir isothermal adsorption model and pseudo-second-order kinetic model.
