摘要： 采用国产陶瓷功能超滤膜对渤海某常规稠油油田生产污水进行处理，考察了膜的处理性能、化学药剂的影响、膜的长周期运行稳定性和清洗效果。结果表明，陶瓷功能超滤膜对平台污水处理系统化学药剂具有很好的适应性，同时具有很好的抗污染性能和长周期稳定运行能力。采用2步清洗法清洗膜，可以使膜通量恢复到初始值的99%以上。陶瓷功能超滤膜产水水质始终满足低渗油层注水水质A1级标准。

Abstract: The wastewater from the routine production of thick oil in an oilfield in Bohai has been treated by the China-made ceramic functional ultrafiltration membrane,and the treatment capability,influence of chemical agents,as well as the long-term running stability and cleaning effect of the membrane investigated. The results show that the ceramic functional ultrafiltration membrane has very good adjustability to the chemical agents of wastewater treatment system in the platform,and also has very good antipollution performance and long-term steadily running ability. More than 99% of the membrane flux initial value can be restored by the two-step cleaning method. The water quality of the ceramic functional ultrafiltration membrane produced water meets the requirements for A1 standard of injection water quality of low permeable oil layer all the time.
