Research on the baffled reactor used for Fenton oxidation process

摘要: 对用于Fenton氧化的折流反应器的返混程度进行研究,并以反应器的离散度表征其返混程度,利用流体力学计算来模拟脉冲示踪实验,在一定体积下(0.20 m3)对反应器结构进行优化。优化后折流反应器的结构参数:折流口占流道宽度比例为0.75,流道截面高宽比为0.80,反应器宽度为1.0 m,流道总数为5,其离散度为0.188。以间硝基苯胺的降解为例,达到同样的降解率(48.5%)时,传统全混流反应器所需体积为0.41 m3,折流反应器的体积仅为其1/2。

Abstract: The research on the degree of back-mixing of baffled reactor used for Fenton oxidation has been imple-mented,its back-mixing degree is characterized by the divergence of baffled reactor,the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is utilized to simulate pulse tracer experiments,and under a certain reactor volume(0.20 m3),the reactor stru-cture is optimized. After optimization,the structure parameters of baffled reactor are as follows:the ratio of baffling-mouth width to the width of flow channel is 0.75,the ratio of the height to width of the flow channel is 0.80,reactor width is 1.0 m,the total number of flow channels is 5,and its divergence is 0.188. Taking the degradation of m-nitro-aniline as anexample,when the same degradation rate(48.5%) is reached,the volume that is needed for conventional completemixing-flow reactor is 0.41 m3. The volume of baffled reactor is only one half of it.
