离子色谱法测定水汽中有机酸和无机阴离子

Determination of organic acids and inorganic anions in the steam by ion chromatography

摘要:

提出了采用离子色谱法同时检测热力系统水汽中的甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、乳酸及无机阴离子。选用IonPac AS11-HC阴离子分析柱对样品进行分离,并用KOH溶液作为淋洗液进行梯度淋洗。研究表明,9种组分的质量浓度在0.05~0.8 mg/L范围内呈线性,方法检出限为0.009~0.02 mg/L,各组分测量值精密度为0.77%~1.50%。采用该方法测定腐殖酸的高温分解水样,并进行实际样品回收率试验,测得回收率在85.0%~110%。

Abstract:

This study proposed a new method for simultaneous determination of formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, lactic acid and inorganic anions in the steam by ion chromatography. The chromatographic separation was performed on the IonPac AS11-HC analytical column. Meanwhile, KOH solutions with various concentrations were used as eluent in the gradient elution. Results showed that there was a linear relationship when the mass concentration of nine components was in the range of 0.05-0.8 mg/L. Besides, the detection limit of this method was 0.009-0.02 mg/L, and the precision was between 0.77%-1.50%. Finally, the method was applied to measure the decomposition products of humic acid, and the standard addition recoveries were 85.0%-110%.
