摘要: 针对目前铅锌选矿厂尾矿库废水总砷超标的问题,采用高锰酸钾改性稻壳对尾矿库含砷废水进行动态吸附实验研究,探讨了进水pH、进水流量、运行方式、高锰酸钾改性用量以及再生次数对吸附砷(Ⅴ)性能的影响,并用SEM、XPS、BET和Zeta电位等对改性稻壳进行表征分析。结果表明:高锰酸钾改性稻壳作吸附剂能有效去除尾矿库废水中的砷(Ⅴ),在达到吸附穿透点前,出水中的砷低于《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB 25466-2010)规定的总砷排放限值(0.3 mg/L),Thomas模型能很好地描述吸附过程。高锰酸钾改性稻壳再生后对砷仍能保持95%以上的吸附量,表明其具有良好的再生性能。

Abstract: Aiming at the present problem of excess total arsenic in the tailings reservoir wastewater in lead-zinc ore dressing plants,potassium permanganate modified rice husks have been used in the experimental research on the dynamic adsorption of arsenic-containing tailings reservoir wastewater,and the influences of influent pH,influent flow, operation mode,dosage of potassium permanganate,and regeneration times on the adsorption capability for arsenic(Ⅴ) discussed,and characterized by means of SEM,XPS,BET and Zeta potential. The results show that the potassium permanganate modified rice husks as the adsorbent can effectively remove arsenic(Ⅴ) from tailings reservoir wastewater. Before reaching the adsorption penetrating point,the concentration of arsenic in the effluent is lower than the total arsenic discharge limit(0.3 mg/L) specified in the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Lead and Zinc Industrial (GB 25466-2010). The adsorption process is well described by Thomas model. The regenerated potassium permanganate modified rice husks still can retain more than 95% of arsenic adsorption capacity,indicating that they have good regeneration capability.
