摘要:
通过水热法制备Co改性沸石催化剂(Co/沸石),采用SEM、XRD、FTIR和BET等对制备的产品进行了表征,并利用其催化过硫酸氢钾(PMS)降解染料罗丹明6G。实验结果表明,Co/沸石可以高效催化PMS降解罗丹明6G。提高Co/沸石和PMS浓度,罗丹明6G降解效率增大;溶液初始pH在5~11范围内,均可获得较高的降解率;HCO3-对降解反应具有抑制作用;提高反应温度,有利于降解反应的进行。SO4·-和1O2是降解反应的主要活性氧物种。Co/沸石在重复利用3次后仍具有较好的催化性能。

Abstract:
Cobalt modified zeolite(Co/zeolite) catalyst has been prepared by hydrothermal method, characterized by SEM, XRD, FTIR and BET, and used for catalyzing the degradation of rhodamine 6G by potassium peroxymonosulfate(PMS). The experimental results show that Co/zeolite can efficiently catalyze the degradation of rhodamine 6G by PMS. With the increase of the concentrations of Co/zeolite and PMS, the rhodamine 6G degradation efficiency is increased. When the solution initial pH is in the range of 5-11, comparatively high degrading rates can all be obtained. HCO3- has inhibiting effect on degradation reaction. Increasing the reaction temperature is advantageous to the implementation of degradation reaction. SO4·- and 1O2 are the main active oxygen species of degradation reaction. The Co/zeolite still exhibits comparatively good catalyzing capability after being used 3 times repeatedly.
