摘要:

膜法海水淡化工程由于具有处理介质含盐量高、对材料腐蚀性强,以及反渗透膜跨膜压差大的工程特点,在材料和设备选型上,与普通的自来水厂区别很大。其中抗腐蚀和节能是设计和设备采购过程中需要考虑的重点问题。结合青岛董家口经济区海水淡化项目的实际情况,介绍了膜法海淡项目中的材质选择、泵选型等内容。

Abstract:

Due to the high brine concentration in treatment medium, high corrosivity to material, and the high transmembrane pressure of reverse osmosis membrane, the selection of material and equipment of seawater desalination project using membrane technology is quite different from that of normal water treatment plant. The key consideration in the design and procurement are anti-corrosion and energy conservation. Based on the actual situation of the Dongjiakou seawater desalination project, the considerations and suggestions on material and pump selections of seawater desalination project using membrane are proposed.
