摘要:
针对陕西某印染厂存在总排二级出水COD和锑难以稳定达标、再生水回用率偏低的问题,采用分质处理模式替换原有混合处理模式进行改造。将退煮漂废水和碱减量废水收集后统一处理,外排至园区污水处理厂。染色、水洗和生活污水统一收集,经过二段式水解酸化/多级臭氧气浮(DOIF)/旁路膜(RO)组合工艺处理后回用于生产。运行结果表明,分质处理提高了废水达标排放的稳定性,外排污水水质满足《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287—2012)表3限值要求,回用水水质满足《纺织染整工业回用水水质标准》(FZ/T 01107—2011)要求。企业水重复利用率提高到40%以上。

Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of COD and Sb in the secondary effluent difficult to reach the discharge standard steadily and the low reuse rate of reclaimed water of a printing and dyeing plant in Shaanxi Province, the sub-quality processing mode was used to renovate the original mixed processing mode. The desizing, bleaching and alkali reduction wastewater are collected and treated uniformly, and then discharged to the urban sewage collection network. Dyeing washing wastewater and domestic sewage are collected in a unified way. The secondary effluent is advanced treated by a combined process of dissolved-ozone flotation(DOIF)/RO membrane and reused for production. The results showed that it improved the stability of wastewater met the discharge standard by using source separation process. The quality of effluent met the indirect discharge standard in Table 3 of Discharge Standards Values of Water Pollutions for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry(GB 4287-2012). The quality of recycled water has met the requirements of Reusing Water for Textile Dyeing and Finishing(FZ/T 01107-2011). The utilization rate of reused water in enterprises increased more than 40%.
