摘要:

某公司酱菜废水具有高盐、高有机物、水量水质变化大的特点。采用“混凝气浮—UASB—活性污泥法—生物接触氧化—曝气生物滤池”组合工艺处理该酱菜废水,该针对该废水的高盐度特性采用耐盐微生物处理,介绍了处理工艺流程、主要构筑物设计参数及运行成本。调试运行结果表明,该工艺处理出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)二级排放标准要求。

Abstract:

Pickles wastewater in a company has characteristics of high in organics, salinity and great fluctuation of both water quality and flow. The combined process of 'coagulation air floatation-UASB-activatedsludgeprocess-biological contact oxidation process-biological aerated filter' was used to treat the pickles wastewater. For high salinity wastewater, salt-tolerant microorganisms are used. The treatment process, design parameters for main structure and operation cost were introduced. The results of the adjustment operation showed that the treated effluent quality met the requirements of the Second Level Standard in the Comprehensive Effluent Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).
