A2O生物膜工艺强化生物脱氮和污泥减量研究

Enhanced biological nitrogen removal and sludge reduction by A2O biofilm process

摘要:

为强化生物脱氮同时降低剩余污泥产量,构建了A2O复合填料生物膜工艺,并考察了其污泥减量效果以及对人工配制污水的脱氮效果。研究结果表明:经A2O生物膜工艺处理后,出水平均COD、NH3-N、TN分别为24.5、3.40、7.65 mg/L,平均去除率分别达到94.91%、85.74%、79.44%,污泥表观产率仅为(0.127±0.008)g/g;填料流速分离作用会促进悬浮态污泥形成生物膜,微生物的种群结构以及细胞形态发生较大变化,微生物群落物种更加丰富。

Abstract:

In order to enhance the biological nitrogen removal and reduce the excess sludge output simultaneously, the A2O composite packing biofilm process was constructed, and its sludge reduction and nitrogen removal effect on artificially configured sewage were investigated. The results showed that the average concentration of COD, NH3-N and TN in the effluent treated by A2O biofilm process was 24.5, 3.40, 7.65 mg/L, respectively, and the average removal rates were 94.91%, 85.74%, 79.44% respectively, and Yobs was only (0.127±0.008) g/g. The separation effect of packing flow rate promoted the formation of biofilm in suspended sludge, the population structure and cell morphology of microorganisms changed greatly, and the microbial population species were more abundant.
