高矿化度油田水系统杀菌除氧剂的复配研究

Compound of sterilization and deoxygenation agent in high salinity oilfield water system

摘要:

研制了一种由混合氨基酸络合铜、双癸基二甲基氯化铵(DDAC)和D-异抗坏血酸钠复配的杀菌除氧剂,应用于油田水系统。研究了此杀菌除氧剂在高矿化度油田模拟水质下的杀菌和除氧性能。杀菌性能测试表明,复配试剂对油田常见的SRB、TGB和IB这3种细菌都具有很好的灭杀效果,附着型垢层细菌的杀菌率在98%以上,游离型细菌的杀菌率在99%以上。该试剂在40~80 ℃温度区间能达到98%以上的垢层杀菌率,且能实现12 h内的高效快速杀菌。除氧测试表明,复配试剂在温度为30~70 ℃或pH为6~10的范围内,除氧率能达到99%以上。此杀菌除氧剂能很好地适用于西北某油田水系统的高矿化度水质。

Abstract:

A bactericidal deoxidizer composed of mixed amino acid copper,dodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and D-sodium erythorbate sodium was developed and applied to oilfield water system. The bactericidal and deoxygenation performance of the compound reagent under simulated water quality of high-salinity oilfields was studied. The bactericidal performance test showed that the compound reagent had a good bactericidal effect on the three common bacteria of SRB,TGB and IB in the oil field. The bactericidal rate of attached dirt-layer bacteria was above 98%,and the bactericidal rate of scattered bacteria was above 99%. Between 40-80 ℃,it could reach a dirt-layer sterilization rate of more than 98%,and achieve efficient and rapid sterilization within 12 h. The deoxygenation test showed that the deoxygenation efficiency of the compound agent could reach more than 99% at temperature of 30-70 ℃ or pH of 6-10. The bactericidal deoxidizer could be well applied to the high-salinity water quality of an oilfield water system in Northwest China.
