高盐废水绿色脱盐用于洗涤环氧树脂的实验研究

Experimental study on green desalination of high salt wastewater for ishing of epoxy resin

摘要:

针对环氧树脂精制废水存在排放量大,盐含量高,三效蒸发能耗高、操作困难等问题,开展了高盐废水(盐质量分数20.00%、甘油质量分数0.40%)的“溶剂法绿色脱盐-洗涤环氧树脂”循环应用研究。实验结果表明,在m(脱盐剂)∶m(盐水)=2.34、脱盐温度为20 ℃、磁力搅拌速率200 r/min、搅拌时间和沉降分离时间均为2 min的条件下,采用溶剂法对高盐废水进行绿色脱盐,脱盐率达到45.66%;在蒸馏温度为80~90 ℃、蒸馏时间为60 min下回收脱盐剂,回收的脱盐剂脱盐效果与新鲜脱盐剂脱盐效果相当;在85 ℃、盐水与树脂质量比约为12∶13条件下用盐质量分数为12%的盐水洗涤粗树脂,经历38次“绿色脱盐-洗涤环氧树脂”循环后精制树脂中Cl-质量分数≤50 μg/g,满足《双酚-A型环氧树脂》(GB/T 13657—2011)对优等品环氧树脂Cl-质量分数的要求。与现有环氧树脂精制工艺相比较,该工艺盐水排放量减少98.55%,取缔了三效蒸发操作,蒸汽消耗下降了66.67%。

Abstract:

In view of the problems such as large discharge,high salt content,high energy consumption and difficult operation of three-effect evaporation of epoxy resin refining wastewater,the recycling application of “solvent green desaline-washing epoxy resin” in high-salt wastewater (salt mass fraction 20.00%,glycerol mass fraction 0.40%) was carried out. The experimental results showed that under the conditions that m(desalting agent)∶m(brine)=2.34,desalting temperature was 20 ℃,magnetic stirring rate was 200 r/min,stirring time and settling separating time were both 2 min,the desalting rate of green desalting by solvent method reached 45.66%. The desalting agent was recovered at distillation temperature of 80-90 ℃ and distillation time of 60 min. The desalting effect of recycled desalting agent was equivalent to that of fresh desalting agent. Wash the crude resin with salt water with a mass fraction of 12% at 85 ℃ and a mass ratio of salt water to resin of 12∶13,after 38 cycles of “green desalination-washing epoxy resin”,Cl- mass fraction ≤50 μg/g. It met the requirements of Bisphenol-A Epoxy Resin(GB/T 13657—2011) for the inorganic chlorine content of excellent epoxy resin. Compared with the existing epoxy resin wastewater treatment process,the saltwater discharge was reduced by 98.55%,the three-effect evaporation operation was banned,and the steam consumption was reduced by 66.67%.
