摘要:

针对某精细化工企业生产废水的不同水质特点,将废水进行分类收集,根据不同处理需求,选择“蒸馏+隔油+Fenton氧化”工艺对高盐废水、树脂脱附废水进行预处理,选择“隔油+Fenton氧化”工艺对高浓废水、废气洗涤水进行预处理,预处理后废水再与其他低浓水按照一定比例复配,满足生化进水要求后,采用“水解酸化+两级A/O+混凝沉淀”工艺处理综合废水。该工艺不仅适合较复杂的水质处理,还适合应对波动性大的生产工况;预处理效果显著,综合出水可稳定达标。实际运行效果证明,综合废水COD、氨氮、总氮去除率分别达到85%、80%、75%及以上,处理排放水质远低于园区污水处理厂接管标准,其他特征指标也满足《化学工业水污染物排放标准》(DB 32/939—2020)表4有机特征污染物排放标准。

Abstract:

According to the different water quality characteristics of the production wastewater of a fine chemical enterprise,the wastewater was classified and collected. According to different treatment needs,the process of “distillation, oil separation and Fenton oxidation” was selected for the pretreatment of high salt wastewater and resin desorption wastewater,and the process of “oil separation and Fenton oxidation” was chosen for the pretreatment of high concentration wastewater and waste gas washing water. The pretreated wastewater was compounded with other low concentration water in a certain proportion to meet the requirements of biochemical influent. Finally,the comprehensive wastewater was treated by “hydrolysis acidification, two-stage A/O and coagulation sedimentation” process. The process was not only suitable for complex water quality treatment,but also suitable for production conditions with high fluctuation. The pretreatment effect was remarkable,and the comprehensive effluent was stable and met standard. The actual operation results showed that the removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen of the comprehensive wastewater reached 85%,80%,75% and above,respectively. The treated and discharged water quality was far lower than the takeover standard of the sewage plant in the park,and other characteristic indexes also met the discharge standard of organic characteristic pollutants in Table 4 of Discharge Standard of Water pollutants for Chemical Industry(DB 32/939—2020).
