摘要:

研究了不同回流速率和Ca2+浓度在流化床反应器中对结垢过程碳酸钙(CaCO3)晶型的影响因素及相关机制。结果表明,流化床水力扰动可以阻止结晶前驱物向稳定相方解石转变。Ca2+质量浓度为2 000 mg/L时,回流速率提升促进非稳定相球状霰石和文石增长,最高占比可达90%以上(10 m/h),控制CaCO3结晶终止于亚稳阶段。回流速率为8 m/h时,Ca2+浓度升高利于非稳定相玫瑰状及球状霰石生成,霰石含量可达90%以上,证明高钙浓度利于抑制霰石向方解石转变,形成有效阻垢。

Abstract:

The influence mechanism of fluidized bed reactor on the crystallization process of calcium carbonate under different reflux rates and Ca concentrations was studied. The results showed that the transformation of crystalline precursor to stable phase was greatly inhibited under the hydraulic disturbance. Under the concentration of 2 000 mg/L of Ca2+,the increasing of reflux rate promoted the generation of unstable CaCO3 phases such as spherical vaterite and aragonite with the percentage of more than 90% at 10 m/h, indicating that CaCO3 crystallizationwas controlled to be terminated at a usntabe state. At the reflux rate of 8 m/h,high Ca concentration was more conducive to the formation of rose shaped and spherical vaterite,accounting for more than 90%, which proved that high calcium concentration inhibited the transformation of vaterite to calcite and effectively prevented scaling.
