工业园区再生水项目双膜法工艺的设计与应用

天津市某再生水回用工程设计产水规模为5.0万m3/d,采用浸没式超滤与反渗透双膜工艺为核心处理工艺,其中浸没式超滤系统设计产水规模为5.2万m3/d,反渗透系统设计产水规模为2.8万m3/d。系统来水为园区污水处理厂尾水,产水达标后回用作工业用水、景观用水等。目前项目已运行1 a多,运行结果表明,浸没式超滤出水浊度稳定低于0.1 NTU,优于反渗透对进水的浊度要求,从而降低了后续反渗透膜的化学清洗频率,延长了其使用寿命;反渗透出水电导率≤50 μS/cm,脱盐率≥98%,优于项目对装置出水水质的要求。成本核算表明,该项目测算运行费用为1.326元/m3,实际运行费用稍低。该工程目前运行稳定高效,显著降低了园区内用水成本,为浸没式超滤+反渗透工艺在污水再生利用领域的大规模推广应用提供了重要的工程示范。

Abstract:

The designed water production of a reclaimed water reuse project in Tianjin was 50 000 m3/d, using immersed ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis dual membrane technology as the core treatment process. The design capacity of the immersed ultrafiltration system was 52 000 m3/d, and the design capacity of the reverse osmosis system was 28 000 m3/d. The influent of the system was the effluent from the park sewage treatment plant. The produced water was treated to meet the standard and reused as industrial water, landscape water, etc. At present, the project had been running for more than a year, and the operational results showed that the turbidity of the immersed ultrafiltration effluent was stable below 0.1 NTU, which was better than the turbidity requirements of reverse osmosis for influent, thereby reducing the frequency of chemical cleaning of the subsequent reverse osmosis membrane and extending its service life. The conductivity of the reverse osmosis effluent was ≤50 μS/cm, and the desalination rate was ≥98%, which was better than the project requirements for the effluent quality of the device. Cost accounting showed that the estimated operating cost of the project was 1.326 yuan/m3, while the actual operating cost was slightly lower. The project was currently running stably and efficiently, which significantly reduced the cost of water in the park, and provided an important engineering demonstration for the large-scale promotion and application of immersed ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis technology in the field of wastewater regeneration and utilization.
