摘要:
针对填埋场垃圾渗滤液两级AO+UF预处理工艺中存在的碳源不足和碳源补充成本高等问题,基于老龄与新鲜垃圾渗滤液的碳氮含量及葡萄糖的COD当量,构建单独添加葡萄糖、单独添加新鲜垃圾渗滤液和二者混合添加3种碳源补充方案。在满足碳氮比的前提下,分析3种方案下老龄垃圾渗滤液在处理过程中的水质变化,并对运行成本进行比较。结果表明,以可生化性较好的新鲜垃圾渗滤液代替部分外购葡萄糖作为碳源,当V(葡萄糖)∶V(新鲜垃圾渗滤液)∶V(老龄垃圾渗滤液)为1∶90∶1 000时,出水TN和COD平均分别达到78.87 mg/L和754.33 mg/L,硫酸根质量浓度和硬度均小于1 000 mg/L,预处理出水水质满足后续膜处理的进水要求。同时,相对于单独以葡萄糖为碳源时,系统运行成本从85元/m3降低到67元/m3,有效解决了碳源添加带来的高成本问题,对老龄垃圾渗滤液脱氮的碳源选择具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:
In response to the problems of insufficient carbon sources and high cost of carbon source supplementation in the two-stage AO+UF pretreatment process for landfill leachate, three carbon source supplementation schemes were constructed, including the addition of glucose alone, fresh leachate alone, and a mixture of the two, based on the carbon and nitrogen content of mature and fresh leachate and the COD equivalent of glucose. Under the premise of meeting the carbon to nitrogen ratio, the water quality changes in the operation of mature garbage leachate treatment under three schemes were analyzed and the operating costs were compared. The results showed that fresh garbage leachate with good biodegradability was used as a carbon source instead of partially purchased glucose, when the volume ratio ofglucose, fresh garbage leachate and mature garbage leachate was 1∶90∶1 000, the effluent TN and COD reached 78.87 mg/L and 754.33 mg/L, respectively, with sulfate ions and hardness less than 1 000 mg/L. The pre-treated effluent quality met the inlet requirements for subsequent membrane treatment. Meawhile, compared with glucose as the sole carbon source, the operating cost of the system had been reduced from 85 yuan/m3 to 67 yuan/m3, effectively solving the problem of high cost caused by the addition of carbon sources, which had reference significance for the selection of carbon sources for denitrification of mature garbage leachate.
