Abstract:
The organic matter in the industrial wastewater resulted from the organic assistant process is high. The toxic matter in the w astew ater is strong. It is hard to degradate it . The BOD/ COD in the wastewater is 0.1. Antrial with HSB technology has been carried out. The treat ing process of the benzyl combination has been studied. The result shows that the removal rate of COD is 86. 3%; amine-benzol combinat ion is 98% ; n-i t ra-benzol combinat ion is 83%

摘要:
有机助剂生产过程中产生的工业废水 ,其有机物浓度高、毒性大、不易降解 ,废水的BOD/COD约为0 1。采用HSB高效微生物技术对有机助剂废水进行了工业小试 ,考察了该技术对含有苯胺类化合物、硝基苯类化合物、硫氰化物等难降解及有毒化合物废水的处理效果。运行结果表明 ,对COD的去除率为 86 3 % ,对苯胺类的去除率为 98% ,对硝基苯类的去除率为 83 %。
