杂环类制药废水处理工艺探讨

Abstract:

In this paper,a new kind of t reatment process used to t reat pharmaceutical wastewater is described in detail,and the optimal scheme to t reat pharmaceutical w astew ater is also determined.Fi rst ly the w astew ater is cooled and crystallized in order to deposi t salt, and the removal ef ficiency of salt is about 70 %.Seco ndly, the wastewater w as oxy genated by Fenton reagent.As the result, the removal ef ficiency of TOC is about 60 % and the value of BOD/COD is about 0.6.Finally, the wastewater is biochemically treated by activated sludge process, and the parameter of eff luent can meet the Government Discharging Standard.

摘要:

通过对某制药厂杂环类制药废水处理工艺的考察,确定了处理该废水的最佳方案。首先对该废水进行冷却结晶,盐分析出率最高达70 %左右 ;然后用Fenton试剂对其进行氧化处理,可使TOC去除率达到50 %以上,可生化性达 0.6左右 ;最后用活性污泥法对该废水进行生化处理,可使出水指标达到国家排放标准。
