Abstract:
Isometric water samples are injected separately into the TC and IC reaction tubes of the total organic carbon analyzer.When the working conditions of the tower electric muffle furnace is 900 ℃ and the lower one's temperature 150 ℃,they are fully oxidized to form carbon dioxide and water which will be induced separately into the non-disperser infrared detector.Then,the total carbon TC and the inorganic carbon IC concentration will be determined.Based on the TC and IC value,the determination of TOD will be obtained.Compared with the CODCr of the determined environment water sample result,the TOC accuracy experiment result indicates the relative error is 0.87%-0.94%,satisfying the GB code sample standard in the accuracy experiment.The TOC standard deviation is under 0.25,which is smaller than the COD standard deviation 0.53-0.55.This measuring method has high accuracy and precision and the results are satisfactory.And this method is suitable for the fast determination of organic pollutants in environment water samples.

将等份的环境水样分别注射到总有机碳分析仪中的TC和IC反应管内,在高温炉900℃和低温炉150℃的工作条件下使其充分氧化为CO2和H2O后,将生成的CO2分别导入非分散红外检测器中,测定出总碳TC和无机碳IC的浓度。依据TC和IC的计量值,获得TOD的测定量。比较该法与重铬酸钾法测定环境水样COD的结果表明,TOC法的相对误差为0.87%~0.94%,标准偏差为<0.25,而重铬酸钾法的标准偏差为0.53~0.55,其准确度与精密度都令人满意。能适合于环境水样中有机污染物的快速监测。
