线路板废水高效处理方法

Abstract:

Industrial wastewater from circuit board plants is a kind of wastewater difficult to be treated and comprising highly concentrated metal ions and CODCr pollutants.Pretreatment-secondary coagulating sedimentation process has been adopted and refined diatomite treatment reagent has been used to treat the wastewater from circuit board plants.The results show that when the influent CODCr,copper ion concentration are 303.00,43.59 mg/L respectively,the effluent CODCr,copper ion is 66.03,0.03 mg/L respectively,all up to the discharge standards.The treatment process not only shows significant and highly efficient removal performance,but stable effluent quality,superior to conventional treatment effluent.The operating cost of this project is 1.64 $/t.

摘要:

线路板生产废水是一种含有高浓度金属离子和CODCr等污染物的难处理废水。采用预处理+二级混凝沉淀工艺并用硅藻精土处理剂作混凝剂对线路板废水进行处理,运行结果表明,在进水CODCr、铜离子质量浓度平均分别为303.00、43.59mg/L时,出水CODCr为66.03mg/L,铜离子为0.03mg/L,均达到排放标准。用硅藻精土处理剂对线路板废水进行二级混凝沉淀处理不仅对废水中铜离子具有非常显著和高效的去除效果,且出水水质稳定,优于常规处理工艺出水,运行成本为1.64元/t。
