Abstract:

The application of CASS process to the treatment of slaughter-house wastewater is presented. This design is suitable for medium or small-sized slaughter-house wastewater and its main structures are separating water regulating tank, oil sedimentation tank, hydrolysis/acidification tank, anaerobic chamber, CASS tank and sludge tank. CASS is the core process. Its design is characterized by single process, small area, low running expense, good effect. When the influent CODCr is in the range of 1 800-2 200 mg/L, the effluent could reach the First Grade Standard of National Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge (GB 8978—1996), the main contamination CODCr≤ 100 mg/L

摘要:

介绍了采用CASS 工艺处理屠宰废水的工程实例。其主要构筑物有集水调节池、隔油沉淀池、水解酸化池、缺 氧池、CASS 池和污泥池。该核心工艺是CASS,设计工艺简单、占地面积小,运行费用低、处理效率高。当进水CODCr 在 1 800~2 200 mg/L 时,出水可达到国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)中的一级标准,主要污染物CODCr≤100 mg/L。
