Abstract:

The traditional industrial water treatment method for offshore oilfields used to make use of hydrocyclones which were characterized by high energy consumption and high pump maintenance costs. In recent years,a new type of industrial water treatment equipment has been based on the working principle of cyclonic centrifugal separation and flotation separation for treating oilfield wastewater. It significantly reduces the oil content in effluent water. This equipment has a series of advantages as its characteristics,such as low energy consumption,simple operation,low cost,small site area,etc.

摘要:

海上油气田传统的生产水处理方法采用水力漩流器,能耗高,生产水泵维修成本高。近年来出现了采用旋转离心分离和气浮分离为工作原理的新型油田生产水处理设备,大幅度降低了生产水的含油量。装置还具有能耗低、操作简单、成本低、占地面积小等一系列特点。
