Abstract:
An engineering example of using batch processing for the pretreatment of metal water-based waste cutting fluid is introduced. The COD and oil removal rate of the wastewater are 84.8% ,92.3% ,respectively,by means of demulsification,flocculation and air-flotation processes in the batch processing tank. After mixing the effluent from the batch processing tank with domestic sewage,and through biological treatment and advanced treatment,the quality of the total effluent water of the system is superior to the first grade of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).

介绍了采用批处理工艺对金属水基切削废液进行预处理的工程实例。通过批处理槽的破乳、絮凝、气浮作用,使废水COD和油类的去除率分别达到84.8%、92.3%。批处理槽出水与生活污水混合后通过生物处理和深度处理,系统总的出水优于《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级标准。
