Abstract:
The effects of waste iron scrap and reduced iron powder on volatile fatty acid(VFAs), soluble COD (SCOD), ammonia nitrogen(NH4+-N) and total phosphorus(TP) in the sludge anaerobic digestion supernatant are studied through experiments. The research shows that compared with the reduced iron powder, the waste iron scrap can promote the effect of hydrolysis acid production in sludge anaerobic digestion, and increase the SCOD of the sludge. On the fifth day, the SCOD reaches the maximum, which is 33.51% higher than that of adding reduced iron powder. Both the adding of waste iron scrap and the reduced iron powder can promote the increase of NH4+-N content in the hydrolysis process of sludge anaerobic digestion, but the effect of waste iron scrap is better than that of reduced iron powder. Both the waste iron scrap and the reduced iron powder can inhibit the release of TP during the process of the sludge anaerobic digestion, the effect of reduced iron powder is better than that of waste iron scrap, and the removal rate of phosphorus reaches 93.6%.

通过实验探究了废铁屑和还原铁粉对污泥厌氧消化上清液中挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)、溶解性化学需氧量(SCOD)、氨氮(NH4+-N)以及总磷(TP)的影响。研究表明:与还原铁粉相比,废铁屑更能促进污泥厌氧消化水解产酸的效果,并增加污泥的SCOD,第5天SCOD达到最大,较投加还原铁粉提高了33.51%;投加废铁屑和还原铁粉均能促进污泥厌氧消化水解过程中NH4+-N含量的升高,但废铁屑的效果优于还原铁粉;废铁屑和还原铁粉均可抑制污泥厌氧消化过程中TP的释放,还原铁粉的效果优于废铁屑,对磷的去除率达到93.6%。
