Establishment centralized treatment and reclamation mode of drilling wastewater and its engineering application

钻采废液集中处理及再生利用模式构建与工程应用

Abstract:

Drilling wastewater mainly includes waste drilling water and operational wastewater. In view of the scattered distribution of well sites in the Changqing oilfield and difficulties in the treatment of drilling wastewater on site, a centralized treatment mode for distributed well field was proposed, and the largest centralized treatment plant for drilling wastewater was constructed in China. The treatment scales of drilling debris and fracturing wastewater in this centralized treatment plant are 500 000 m3/a and 5 000 m3/d respectively. The treated water can be used to prepare drilling water, fracturing fluid, etc. The treated solid waste can be used to make burn-free bricks, roadbed materials and desert restoration.

摘要:

钻采废液主要包括废弃钻井液和措施废液。针对长庆油田井场分布分散,废液就地现场处理难度大的特点,提出分散式井场的集中处理模式,并建成国内最大的钻采废液集中处理厂。该厂处理规模达钻井岩屑50万m3/a,压裂返排液5 000 m3/d。处理后的水可用于配制钻井液、压裂液等;处理后的固体废弃物可用于制作免烧砖、路基材料及沙漠修复。
