阻垢缓蚀剂对不锈钢管缓蚀效果的评定方法

Abstract:

Seven scale-corrosion inhibitors have been tested in several kinds of cooling water. The effects of scale-corrosion inhibitors on stainless steel have been evaluated with pitting potential and weight loss measurements. Weight loss measurement used here is not reasonable and cannot give an exact result. It is believed that the pitting potential measurement is very efficient for evaluating the effects of the scale-corrosion inhibitors on stainless steel, but a suitable blank water sample must be chosen.

摘要:

用点蚀电位法和失重法评价了七种阻垢缓蚀剂在不同冷却水样中对不锈钢的缓蚀效果。用腐蚀失重法评价阻垢缓蚀剂对不锈钢的缓蚀效果,既不合理也很难测准。点蚀电位法是评价阻垢缓蚀剂对不锈钢缓蚀效果的有效方法,但要选择合适的空白水样。
