Abstract:

A large quantity of microorganisms are reproduced in circulating water systems. Thus a large quantity of sludge is formed and the sludge lowers the cooling efficiency of the cooling tower. If the sludge deposits in the heat exchanger, the heat exchanging efficiency will decline quickly. The sludge which deposits on the metal surface will result in serious corrosion under the scale. And it will also make the scale and corrosion inhibitors ineffective. Based on an applied effect comparision of several oxidizing bactericides which have been used in the ethylene circulating water systems in Xinjiang Dushanzi in order to control microorganisms, reasonable choice of bactericides is put forward.

摘要:

微生物在循环水系统中的大量繁殖,会形成大量黏泥使冷却塔的冷却效率降低;黏泥如果沉积在换热器内,使传热效率迅速降低;沉积在金属表面会引起严重的垢下腐蚀;同时它还使药剂不能发挥应有的缓蚀阻垢效能。通过对新疆独山子乙烯循环水系统运行8a来所用的几种氧化性杀菌剂在微生物控制方面的应用效果比较,给出了该系统最适用的杀菌剂。
